How Measured Path EA Works



  1. Daily Scan & Analysis
    At the start of each trading day, Measured Path examines Monthly, Weekly, and Daily candles to identify key swing points—support, resistance, and trend direction. This macro view informs which pairs and directions have the most potential.

  2. Pair Filtering
    The EA cycles through an inbuilt list of 28 pairs plus gold and BTC/USD, evaluating volatility, recent swing magnitudes, and trend alignment. Pairs that meet minimum volatility and structural criteria are earmarked for potential entry.

  3. Entry Execution on M5/M15
    Once a pair is tagged, Measured Path switches to the M5 or M15 chart (based on your selected timeframe) to look for precise entry triggers: break of structure, momentum confirmation, or retest of a key level.

  4. Order Placement & Risk Calibration
    Each trade is placed with a clearly defined stop loss and a take profit that meets or exceeds your minimum RR setting (for example, 1:4 or higher). Money management rules ensure that risk per trade is capped (e.g., 0.5% of starting balance by default).

  5. Dynamic Trailing & Partial Exits

Installation & Configuration



  1. Download the EA
